KIN 410 - Advanced Strength Training & Conditioning 4 Credit(s) Linking theory from physiology, biomechanics, motor control, and psychology with strength training and conditioning practice, this capstone course prepares students as experts in the discipline. This is accomplished through a robust combination of academic review, pragmatic problem solving, and extensive hands-on peer coaching experiences that also prepares students to complete the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Exam. $5 Course Fee
Prerequisite(s): NUTR 221 and any two 300-level KIN courses (spring)
