EDEC 343 - Infant/Toddler Language and Communication 4 Credit(s) This course will provide an in-depth study of the role of language and communication in responsive care and interventions for infants and toddlers. A special focus on working with children and families with dual languages is embedded as well as culturally responsive communications styles. The course will address developmental concerns with speech and language and developmentally appropriate methods and strategies supporting language and communication for all children. This course may require work completed in a childcare setting.
