PHOT 154 - Exploring Digital Photography

This studio course introduces the basic operation of Digital SLR Cameras, digital editing (Photoshop), and printing techniques associated with Digital Photography. The class will also explore the expressive and conceptual possibilities of Digital Photography as an artistic medium, with additional focus on photography’s influence on history and culture. Cameras will be provided by the department for student use. Students may also use their own cameras to supplement assignments. $25 course fee
