Health and Wellness, AS

The Associate of Science: Health & Wellness degree allows students to complete the general education core and develop introductory knowledge in the areas of health and wellness. Students may use this degree as an extension of their general education or as a transfer pathway to a four-year program. The AS: Health & Wellness provides a foundation for diverse Bachelor of Science programs including kinesiology, psychology, community health, physical education, and health sciences.

• Demonstrate competent participation in health enhancing physical activity
• Communicate knowledge of health and wellness concepts to a diverse audience
