LIT 166 - Literature & Politics 4 Credit(s) A study of the way literature interacts with political life. Examples may be taken from a wide variety of time periods and cultures. The course will involve students in relating literature to real-life issues. A variety of teaching and learning practices are included in this course: e.g., traditional lecture, oral readings, group discussions, creative and/or analytical writing, listening activities, oral and/or dramatic presentations, visits with authors, interviews, internet and off-campus activities, research practice, etc.
