ACT 210 - Intermediate Weight Training 1 Credit(s) Enhancing human performance through physical activity can provide significant and far-reaching health and wellness benefits to athletes and more general populations. Weight training is an important cornerstone of physical activity that can provide drastic health and wellness benefits if performed safely and correctly. This course continues the important experiential exploration and practice of effective weight training from the foundations constructed in the introductory course, providing advanced opportunities to apply theory in the role of the conditioned athlete participating in resistance training sessions.
