BIOH 462 - Principles of Medical Physiology 4 Credit(s) This lab intensive course will give students an understanding of the function and integration across major organ systems of the body and how they contribute to maintaining homeostasis. Students will become proficient in experimental techniques, data analysis, and writing scientific reports detailing their results. Students will also gain an understanding of the relationship between structure and function of organs and organ systems. This course is ideal for students intending to pursue a career in human health professions (e.g., medical, nursing, or physical therapy), veterinary medicine, or secondary education in biology. $30 Course Fee. Prerequisite(s): BIOH 221 Human Anatomy with Lab; or c/i 30.00
