This course provides the learner with an understanding of managerial accounting and how it is employed to enhance management decision making, while developing problem solving and critical thinking skills. Topics covered include product cost systems, variance analysis, cost-volume-profit analysis, and how to prepare and interpret operating budgets and forecasts.
