MUSE 497 - Methods: K-12 School Music 4 Credit(s) This course is designed to present the philosophies, history, and methods of teaching and managing music education at the secondary level. Students will gain experience in planning, evaluating, and performing tasks required for successful implementation of a secondary music education program. Will provide opportunities to observe, teach, and/or conduct research in conjunction with secondary school music programs.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to TEP and MUSI 109 . spring/odd-numbered years
