THTR 120 - Introduction to Acting I 4 Credit(s) Students apply principles of character creation, stage movement, script analysis, and acting theory for a variety of theatre performances including modern, post-modern, period styles, and dramatic verse. Activities include analyzing, rehearsing, and performing publicly. Students successfully completing this course will demonstrate competency in applying skills of performance to special textual needs including stylized comedy, modern realism, and heightened language. $20 Course Fee.
