THTR 202 - Stagecraft I

The fundamental theories and hands on applications of stagecraft in the areas of costuming, lighting, scenery, sound, video, and properties. Additional related topics include rigging, color theory, projections, and stage management. Students devise practical applications for current department sponsored productions and visiting artists’ performances. Individually arranged lab hours are required, rather than an emphasis on assigned reading. No textbook is required for this course. $75 Course Fee.
