ACT 230 - Intermediate Yoga 1 Credit(s) This intermediate level course will build upon foundational yoga poses by focusing on increasing muscular strength, balance and breath control. Students will explore dynamic sequences, introductory inversions, and balance poses. After completion of this course, students should feel more confident in their ability to practice yoga independently and be able to challenge themselves safely with appropriate modifications.
