ACTV 129 - Introduction To Athletic Weight Training 1 Credit(s) Introduction to and instruction in weight training through participation in the weight training program of a sport during the first year of participation in that sport at UMW. Students are expected to demonstrate knowledge and comprehension of basic conditioning skills through the use of resistance training. Group participation.
