KIN 221 - Health Anatomy & Physiology 4 Credit(s) This course will focus on key aspects of anatomy and physiology necessary for students in allied health professions. It is more specifically geared toward students who will work in the areas of health enhancement education, community health, and kinesiology. However, it is also a beneficial course for those in other health related areas like nutrition and exercise science. The aim of this course is to provide foundational knowledge of the structure and function, as well as the application of knowledge, of the primary body systems including the skeletal, muscular, nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, immune, lymphatic, digestive, and urinary systems, as well as body metabolism.
