Additional Business and Computer Application Education Major and Course Information
Technology Requirement: Before registering for EDU 371 students must have earned a passing score on the Information & Technology Literacy Exam, or at least a B- on either COMS 115 Computer Basics for Educators (4 credits) or CAPP 131 Basic Microsoft Office (4 credits).
Students in an internship program (e.g., Class 5 teachers) will substitute EDU 498 Internship for EDU 495S . Consult with the Post Baccalaureate advisor to determine appropriate number of credits.
Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED for adults, children and in- fants. is required for all education majors prior to student teaching. ECP 100 is recommended to fulfill this requirement.
